How to set it up

  1. 1Install Clientager on your store and approve its permissions (products, pages, policies and orders, read only).
  2. 2Confirm your email with the 6-digit code we send you.
  3. 3Start the 7-day free trial; billing goes through Shopify and nothing is charged during the trial.
  4. 4The AI learns your products, variants, pages and policies in about a minute. Test it in Preview.
  5. 5Click Go live, then switch on the "Clientager chat" app embed in your theme editor and save.

Does it change my theme code?

No. It is a theme app embed you switch on and off in the theme editor.

Can it see my customers' orders?

It reads orders only to answer order questions for the customer who placed them and to count Sales made by AI. It never edits orders.
